You dont build. You register on the website, have 9000manpower 1800munitions 1400fuel and build a army there. Its a mod where its jsut battle. U capture territories by standin in em not capturing points. More territory - more pop. Max pop = 40.

Its cleverly done as u have to manage which units to send into the battlefield that would counter enemy one's. There are also extra units, tweaks, etc in the mod.
